Hi! I’m Laura
I’m a health and life coach and business leader. I see people as the version of themselves that they have the power and potential to become. I founded de Leon Coaching because I believe that in lifting others up, we create a positive ripple effect this world desperately needs. My part is to serve others in ways that has taken me time and trial to figure out for myself. If you are someone who desires improvement, is ready for change, and is willing to dig deep, I would love to connect.
My approach
I use proven frameworks, methodologies, and tactics to guide and encourage my clients through a journey of self-discovery and conscious decision making, so that they can reveal their truth, achieve the right goals, and live with freedom, in health and in life.
